Elsa Olaizola, social expert

Elsa graduated in International affairs and Public management, Elsa is specialized in human rights. She has been working for the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CNCDH) and the IFDL. In particular, she was in charge of the French contribution to the FRAsocial fieldwork study on hate crimes.


Michel Forst, social expert

Secretary General of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CNCDH) and of the French Focal Point of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, IFDL, MichelForst will be in charge of cross country and comparative analysis, as well as of capacity building and awareness raising.


Valentine Sébile, project coordinator

Graduated in political sciences, Valentine Sébile is an experienced project manager who has been working for the Amnesty International in Chili, in London and in Paris, as well as for the International organisation of la Francophonie. She will combine her activities as a project manager for “On the move” project with her functions as counsel of the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of Human Rights Defenders.
